Jana Martinová
Jana holds a master degree in Social Sciences from the university of Leipzig, Germany. Her early career was in Human Ressource management within the group Danone and Nestlé.
In 1996, Jana moved into HR consulting and Executive Search with Accord Group ECE. Before taking over the responsibility for the Czech and Slovak offices in 2000, she was in charge of several regional “start-up” missions (opening of Accord Groups Romanian office, building up a regional Automotive Practice).
From 2004, Jana was in charge of leading Accord Group in Central and Eastern Europe and accomplished – together with her Partners in Poland and Romania, an MBO in 2005.
Being owner and manager of Accord Group in the Czech and Slovak Republic today, Jana continues to operate local and cross-boarder top level search and consulting assignments
throughout different industries including finance, real estate, manufacturing and retail.
Due to her origin, experience and family background (she worked and studied in Germany, Czech Republic and Bosnia), Jana feels “at home” in different cultures and languages German, Czech (both mother tongues), French, English (fluent), Russian and Serbian/Croation (working level).

Corinne Klajda
Corinne Klajda joined Accord Group ECE in May 1999 as the head of the Consumer Goods/Retail Practice, in East & Central Europe, based in Warsaw, Poland. In 2005 Corinne acquired Accord Group in Poland, and establised a second company advising on Human Resources management consultancy projects. Corinne came to Accord Group ECE after spending ten years in Asia, where her experience included heading the Shanghai and Beijing Offices of executive search firm Ray & Berndtson where she worked on expatriate search assignments in a variety of industries. Prior to her executive search career, Corinne was with International SOS Assistance as a Regional Sales Manager for China and with Halliburton, as a Regional Sales Administrator for Greater China. A graduate of the Beijing Language and Culture University, Corinne holds an MA in Chinese philology. Corinne also has an executive MBA from the CEIBS and is an accredited and licensed Executive Coach, with an ICF PCC title and a Master Coach accreditation from ICC. Corinne has a growing Executive Coaching Practice since 2001 with clients across Europe. Corinne Speaks English, French, Mandarin Chinese, Polish and Creole.

Sorin Popa
Sorin Popa joined Accord Group in 2001 and from 2005 became Managing Partner of Romanian office. Prior to that he held a series of senior sales and marketing positions in various fields including Furniture, Electrical Appliances and Telecommunications. His experience also included the position of Business Consultant with an international executive search network in Bucharest.
Graduate of Bucharest University in Engineering, Sorin Popa is fluent in English and speaks good French in addition to his native Romanian.

Katalin Berko
Katalin Berkó has been active in the Executive Search Business more than 15 years, since 1990. She is a graduate economist and started her career in international sales of industrial products, such as aluminium products and machinery. She continued work as business consultant in the mid of 1980-ies and changed to personnel consulting in 1990. Working for several international groups she has been part of Manufacturing / Industry Practice Groups and has developed major Accounts in IT / Telco and Financial Services. She is experienced also in managing personal audits and diverse change management projects.
She joined the Hungarian office of Accord Group as Managing Director in January 2005.
Besides her native Hungarian she speaks English and German. She is board member and member of the Ethical Committee of the Hungarian Business Association JVSZ.
