On of the major companies from the automotive industry gradually made inroads into the Polsih market by opening up facilities of its key manufacturing divisions. Over the years the company developed its activities in the Poland. Accord Group assisted in that process by conducting a number of search assignments for different managerial positions.
Our client was interested not only in recruitment of appropriate candidates for the vacant positions but also in benchmarking and getting acquainted with all the potential candidates even if exceeding the expected qualifications.
In our strategy we targeted all the relevant automotive and industrial companies present in the market. We were very systematic and thorough in this approach, which resulted in successful placements of top managers. Some of the interesting candidates were highly appreciated by our client, however there were no suitable vacancies for them.
Further to this recruitment process, the client came back to Accord Group with a request to approach these high quality candidates again regarding new job opportunities. One of the candidates was consequently recruited for a regional purchasing director's position in the headquarters of one of the client's divisions. His mission consited of optimising and reducing the costs of production in one of the major manufacturing facilities in Europe.
