Jolanta Bosca

Jolanta Bosca joined Accord Group in summer 2007 as a Partner, to lead the Industrial Practice Group in Poland.

Prior joining Accord Group, Jolanta was the external Strategy People Resourcing Consultant in Kompania Piwowarska, the subsidiary of South African Breweries in Poland, where she worked on a variety of Human Resources projects.

Jolanta started her career in 1993 with Citibank Poland in the Credit Risk department where she served large international investors. After four years, she integrated Crédit Lyonnais as a Commercial Officer and actively participated in the creation of their new subsidiary in Katowice.

After six years in the Banking and Finance sector, Jolanta joined the executive search industry in 1999 in Paris. Her experience includes working on executive search assignments in both France and Poland for the past eight years across a number of different industries.

Jolanta holds a double masters degree. The first one in Law from the Warsaw University and the second one in European Law from the University of Sorbonne in Paris.

Jolanta speaks besides her native Polish, fluent French and English.
