Lucia Malachovská

Lucia has been working as a Consultant within Accord Group since 2008 and is returning to the company after a one year stay in the USA.

Lucia started her professional career in human resources at Ernst & Young during her university studies. In 2003, she became a team member in the process of setting up a new branch of a well recognized international recruitment company in Bratislava. It gave her a great insight into HR Consulting and Recruitment business.

As a Senior Consultant, Lucia led several successful recruitment projects especially in finance functional area. Her clients were both well set up international enterprises and also start – up companies.
After the experience as a Human Resources Manager at Checkpoint Systems she rejoined management recruitment business and has successfully led executive search projects in Consumer & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities sectors.

Since Lucia possesses a strong local experience and knowledge, she has started her career within Accord Group as a Head of Slovakia Practice. Currently as a Senior Consultant she is responsible for leading projects in Czech Republic & Slovakia.

Lucia graduated from Faculty of Commerce at University of Economics in Bratislava. Apart from her native Slovak language, she speaks fluent English and understands German.
