Lucia started her professional career in human resources in 2000, by joining one of the Big 4 companies.
In 2003, she became a team member in the process of setting up a new branch of a well recognized international
recruitment company in Bratislava. It gave her a great insight into HR Consulting and Recruitment business.
As a senior consultant, Lucia led several successful recruitment projects in finance functional area. Her clients were both well set up international enterprises and also start – up companies.
After a short-term experience in general corporate HR management, Lucia rejoined HR Consulting and Executive
Search in 2007 and has successfully led projects in Consumer & Retail, Industrial & Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities sectors.
Since Lucia possesses a strong local experience and knowledge, she is a dedicated member of Accord Group in Slovakia. Lucia graduated from Faculty of Commerce at University of Economics in Bratislava. Apart from her native
Slovak language, she speaks fluent English and intermediate German.
