Lenka Vajsarová

Lenka graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and holds master degree in psychology.

She started her professional career in a mid-sized management consulting company dealing with HR restructuring projects such as organisational changes, psychological assessments of managers, blueprints of new organisational structures, etc. Then she moved to Corporate HR with responsibility of recruitment and psychological evaluation of candidates and later on was in charge of the creating a system of career development in the company.

In 2004 she has joined Accord Group Prague as a Consultant in management consulting services, psychology, coaching and outplacement services. Lenka has an extensive experience in running top management audits for international companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since 2007, Lenka is a Partner of Accord Group Czech Republic.

In 2008 she has taken on the position of Solutions Business Unit Manager (the doughter company of Accord) and provides care for clients and support for the commercial policy at Solutions HR Specialists.

In addition to her native Czech, she speaks fluent English and some Spanish and Russian.
