Madalina Dobraca

Madalina Dobraca is Senior Consultant with Accord Group in Romania since 2002 (Partner since 2007). She is mainly responsible for business development and management of Executive Search and Human Resources Management Consulting assignments. Madalina is fluent in German and English.

Madalina used to work since 1994 in Executive Search and Human Resources Management Consulting on behalf of international consulting companies. She was project leader for both Executive Search assignments and People Management Consulting programs (Assessment Centers, Employee Opinion Surveys, Performance Evaluation Systems, Organizational Analyses, Compensation and Benefits Surveys).

She led for 4 years the Central and East European FMCG practice of an international Executive Search company (Practice Leader Romania) and is at present member of the Consumer, Retail and Luxury Goods practice of AltoPartners.

Madalina is also a member of the Life Sciences practice of AltoPartners. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, which includes the recruitment of first line management for pharmaceutical companies and delivery of consulting services in this sector (ranging from consulting for acquisition purposes, assessment centers, compensation and benefits surveys).
