Brief
The first step for us is to assemble an accurate brief, based on the information provided by the client, describing the search context : the company background and its current situation on the market, the purpose of the search, the description of the position, the requirements of the individual role and the candidate's ideal profile.
This document forms the basis upon which we shall discuss the proposed appointment with potential candidates.
