Main Steps of Assignment Process
There are no two similar assignments. Our local and international experience enables us to build up a strategy that will bring a search to the best conclusion, in the shortest time.
Continuing Obligations
Our commitment does not end on the appointment day. A contact is maintained with the client and the candidate to monitor the hopes and expectations of both sides.
Besides, for each executed assignment, we commit on a guarantee period for at least 6 months, starting from the day the recruited candidate integrates the client company.
Within this period, we shall replace at no cost any candidate that would leave or prove not satisfactory. This would however not apply in the case of major changes in the candidate's role, agreed package, place of work or hierarchic environment.
